1. ABSOLUTELY NO GODMODDING!!!!!
2. As soon as every Akatsuki member is taken, you have to be a Harry Potter character, NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. No insults whatsoever.
4. No bullying. I have an absolute Zero bullying tolerance
5. You can only have sex unless you have permission from me, the head admin
6. No spamming. If you want to spam, go to the spam section
7. No spoofing. This means creating a username that is similar to another username to confuse people. Don't do this
8. No offensive accounts. This means don't have a username that is considered offensive to people
9. No offensive icons or signatures. This means don't have a signature or a icon that people will find offensive
